Psychotherapy and Counselling
Psychotherapy and Counselling cover a wide range of talk therapies that are delivered by trained therapists to enhance wellbeing. Therapy involves resolving problematic thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and related physical symptoms to help individuals make positive changes in their lives.
